AUSTIN (KXAN) — Part of Taylor is under a boil water notice as of 10 a.m. Saturday, the city said. Taylor water customers in the upper-pressure plane will be under a boil water notice until further notice. These customers will also see low water pressure until noon. The city said this is due to complications in a water main project. Crews are working to stabilize the system. The decision is in response to the possible relocation and arrival of large amounts of migrants and asylum seekers from New York City. BALLSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- After two years, the new Ballston Lake fishing pier and boat launch on Outlet Road has officially opened. Four men have been hospitalized, with at least two in critical condition, after being shot near downtown Los Angeles Saturday morning. Los Angeles police officers responded to the 1000 block of Ingraham outside the 1010 Wilshire Apartments just after 2:00 a.m. When authorities arrived on scene, they found four men suffering gunshot wounds. Detectives say there was an altercation between two groups of men who knew each other. At least one male suspect shot multiple rounds and then fled the scene in a white BMW with at least two other men. Man shot in the face at Newport Pier The suspects are still at large and no arrests have been made. The four victims were transported to a nearby hospital. Two of the men are in stable condition, while the other two are in critical condition. It is unclear what led to the altercation. This story is developing. A man was injured following a shooting at the Newport Pier Friday night. Newport Beach Police responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon around 10:30 p.m. near McFadden Place and Oceanfront. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the cheek. Residents warned not to swim in L.A.
