The search for a missing St. Paul woman has ended with her remains found and her boyfriend charged Friday with murder.Manijeh “Mani” Starren was reported missing to police by her father May 1. She last had contact with her family around April 21.Manijeh “Mani” Starren (Courtesy of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension)Starren was killed between April 21 and May 16, and investigators believe Joseph Steven Jorgenson dismembered her, according to the murder charge and criminal complaint against Jorgenson. COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Cohoes man has been arrested following a drug activity investigation, according to police. Phillip Harris, 46, is facing multiple charges. On June 28, police were preparing to execute a search warrant on Harris’s Remsen Street apartment when he was spotted by law enforcement on Saratoga Street as a passenger in a vehicle. A pedestrian, possibly a bicyclist, was struck and killed by a cement truck in Ontario Friday morning, officials said.The incident was reported around 8:35 a.m. near the on ramp of the eastbound 60 Freeway at Archibald Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.The driver of the cement truck stayed at the scene, but advised officers that he believes he struck the victim while he or she was in a crosswalk.A pedestrian was struck and killed by a cement truck in Ontario on June 30, 2023.
