(KRON) -- The South San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in finding a missing man with special needs. Osiel Cota was last seen at the playground at Orange Park, police said.He is described as being in his mid-twenties, 5 feet tall and 190 pounds. He has special needs and a limited vocabulary, according to police. Serial Bay Area shoplifter arrested 90 times Cota was last seen wearing a gray/black jacket and a red shirt that reads, "We ain't leaving until six in the morning."Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact South San Francisco PD.

Man fatally shot in Vallejo Wednesday night

(BCN) -- Vallejo police are investigating a fatal shooting reported Wednesday night. A report of shots fired came in shortly before 10 p.m. In the area of Broadway and Sereno Drive, and minutes later learned a gunshot victim was taken to a hospital, according to police. Serial Bay Area shoplifter arrested 90 times The male victim succumbed to his injuries from the shooting, which investigators determined occurred in the 700 block of Sereno Drive. PRAGUE (AP) — Czech businessman Pavel Tykač has acquired Slavia Prague from Chinese investment group CITIC, the club said Thursday.Tykač, an energy investor, is the fourth-richest Czech whose wealth is estimated at $8.2 billion, according to Forbes.Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The transaction includes Slavia’s stadium.The 59-year-old Tykač said he is a diehard Slavia fan, like his father and grandfather, and it would be “a big honor” for him to oversee the club’s development.
